about which financing options you actually take time to analyze?

I have actually switched to the One Brokerage now.  

My guess, and I emphasize “guess” is that OD just totally misread and mishandled this PR “nightmare”.

If they suddenly decide to respond after the fact, fine — but otherwise, treat this as an opportunity to reset the property with a tenant who actually respects the process.

I guess this really comes down to what is an accurate and fair quote to the borrower?

The initial “crowdfunding” offerings went south in a hurry as investors discovered that their ’equity” share of real property or mortgage notes was actually a general claim on the assets of the sponsor.  

I charge a pet fee and allow them to use the backyard with the understanding that poops get promptly picked up.As you might guess, that's not happening in one case.
