I would never rely on only one platform - and they can for any reason pull the rug from under you.

Once, a tenant left a massive stain on the rug beyond repair.

Just seems like an odd business practice to shovel everything under the rug.

Baseboards, couch cushions, above fridge, in cabinets, grout/caulk lines, rug maintenance, air filters, windows inside and out, dust the top corners of windows, corners of high places etc etc.  

Unfortunately, the pandemic pulled the rug right out from under us as we were in the middle of the application process with Visio.
