My realtor sucked, the deal fell thru and I fired fired first attorney, he was non responsive and second attorney only communicates via legal assistant that has poor attention to detail, poor grammar and I can barely understand her English when I speak to her.

The scammer had the typical terrible grammar/spelling and illegal word usage ("looking for good Christian tenants" etc.).

I've come across these so called private lenders who can't speak English well or at least they don't type in correct grammar then ask me for an upfront fee.
