One thing I know for a 100% fact - it isn’t “we buy houses cash”90% of the houses I actually buy have stacks of those postcards and those people aren’t getting the contract and most of the time, they don’t even get a phone call.

You will here some preach about bandit signs (illegal in most municipalities), door knocking (a great way to both find leads and learn your local market), internet ads like Facebook, etc, websites and landing pages using SEO (search engine optimization), billboard ads, bus bench seat ads, direct mail letters and postcards, and the list goes on.

It might be worth the effort to identify some properties or a neighborhood, print out some postcards with your info/price range and go knock on doors and ask!
