I think when you have a serious problem, how you react to it identifies what kind of landlord you are.  

We just won't know how everyone's portfolio is going to react to this until they've been given the chance to do so.

There is plenty of people out there trying to make money off your emotions and you do not have to react too fast.Good luck to you!

Make sure that English is their native language (especially for copyrighting to ensure proper grammar), be patient, try a few different ones and choose the one with the most high ratings that you can find.In many times that I have used this site, there were only a couple of times where I had to just throw away the end product.
