During the dot.com crash I chased yahoo, juniper networks and a host of others into the abyss, trying to dollar cost average down...bad decision.

2nd on Berry McGuire for Alberta.

We purchased a RE (1424 Juniper, Escondido) that we projected initial CF at virtually $0 but it had a good value add.
