Must be really annoying for them to come to our German get together's - lol. 

I am am member of quite  few different forums and I always get annoyed when people start their responses to questions with "I don't have a clue what I'm talking about but..."  

Don't be annoyed if you have to go through a bunch of them.

Perfect for someone like me who couldn't afford the kind of vacation home/location that I prefer otherwise... and someone who doesn't want to deal with all the annoying parts of vacation homeownership like maintenance, furnishing the place, etc.

Looking for some advice on where to live in the area to make something like that happen, but not be too annoying for a pair of late 30s professionals.

That FB messenger is just annoying too. 

So annoying.

They create a few minor annoyances at every encounter with them that will create a Pavlovian response of dread every time you see their name.

HOAs can be a pain and if I had weekly texts, I'd get annoyed quickly.
