About the house: It's a 3bd (easily can be 4), 3ba with a huge barn (old airplane hanger) that's been grandfathered in, built over the water with an additional bathroom and partially built ADU above w/ it's own meter.

You have the right to enter the property; I would bring someone with you as a witness. 

To ensure their success, they should figure out how to find a good property and good team to bring consistent returns to them... but the issue I've witnessed firsthand, many times over, is the provider of the property.These property providers (often local, but sometimes out of state as well like myself) have varying levels of integrity.

It continued for about a week...the family stopping by to retrieve items, the family becoming more antagonistic and accusing us of evicting children who had nowhere else to go, the rehab continuing inside the house, the Realtor dropping by to check on things.
