A risky asset is one that can cause harm or damage and can create liability.

There is a credit union near my workplace and I am going to have the conversation. 

But when there are boundaries and natural consequences in the workplace or society in general, there is an outcry of limiting freedom and abuse of power.

And, while that might have been worth discussing had they approached you as "adults," they chose to financially harm you. 

My Fiancee and I both have full time jobs so we'd prefer not to have to buy vacant dumps that need tons of work. 

A majority of retail agents and brokers do have an understanding of the investment space, If an agent wants to focus on solely investment and wholesaling, what's the harm of working with a brokerage that specializes in that pathway of real estate? 

I just don’t trust they’ll do a good job and potentially could end up harming the tree. 

So no shame or harm in it!

Even if, by a miracle, tomorrow you would wake up with a news that they have found a 100% remedy or vaccine, the harm is already made.
