I should be so much further along in life than I am now, I've had a low 6 figure paying job in IT since I was 20' and up until last year, didn't utilize my checking account and was basically living pay check to pay check, with nothing to show for it now but being in debt with a couple cars and a bunch of useless things I do not need.I decided for my 25th birthday in a couple months, i want to start building wealth, i want to be able to by my 26th birthday have one or 2 properties that i've either bought to hold, or flipped... havent decided which is better for me yet, I'm still doing research but I am giving myself an action date of my birthday in a couple months so I'm not struck with analysis paralysis and time to save some money.I plan on attending the next meetings for all of the Maryland/DC area REIC meetings, and being active on forums, but will try not to be annoying and ask a bunch of questions instead of using the search function...I know how annoying that is hahaHope to get to know and work with a lot of you

Hey everyone,I purchased a mailing list a few months ago from Listsource.com and was annoyed how I could only pay using Paypal.

And the very things that annoy the heck out of active investors, can go away or at least be minimized. 

Be cautious too of using a contractor just for bids, unless you're going to pay them for that time... they will get annoyed and start giving you too high of numbers or simply stop working with you. 

But, I agree, the trolling thing got a bit annoying for a minute...I am glad it looks like we've got it under control.There is a lesson to learn here - some people value their time in this life for so little as to engage in this type of a discourse.

I understand that this may not be feasible, which is why it is annoying that they have crews running around and citing, and only giving 24 hour notice.

A couple annoying things about Cleveland Hts is their high property taxes and POS compliance needed to buy/sell property there.

Dont be afraid to sound dumb and be annoying.

They do spend time upselling you to Cardone University but I didn't find it annoying.
