Too damn many is the right answer - luckily my spam filter serves me welll in catching them so I don't have to experience the dread of resding each of them.But even worse is the fact that the other forms of spam (unsolicited ads for watches, male enlargement, pharmaceuticals, etc) show a marked increase after any time I have "subscribed" to some pitchman's new "offering".

However, one of the golden rules of investing "don't fall in love with your properties" could be enlarged to "don't fall in love with a location/country". the fact that you love a country doesn't make it a great location to invest in real estate, especially if you're an investor.

We ran into some snags when we had to change out the main meter at the curb and enlarge the water main to the building to accommodate the new bathrooms - this delayed us a bit because water company had to do this install and we had no running water at the property to be able to test out the newly installed plumbing and get our final, otherwise construction went smoothly.
