Worcester on the other side, has good hospital, many colleges and university, some decent public school and with the new stadium finishing soon, I've witnessed how housing market changed in Worcester and it's all going to a bright direction. 

I personally witnessed a Joint Venture that fell apart because the General Partner (GP) was depositing the Partners money into his own Personal Bank Account.

but short of pulling a 2nd bridge loan or a conventional, I don’t know what else to do w it.  

Your accusations are being directed at us (the sellers), but they should be directed at the Property Managers at the time.All this said, we have everything corrected... we are aligned with an excellent PM group, and are able to see that you currently have 7 out of 8 properties RENTED and paying on time. 

I do feel bad when I see a family struggling to make rent though, as that financial strain often manifests itself in substance abuse and violence, which is terrible to witness.

Then if you don't help them you get accused of being partial and them saying its because one is one race and they are another.

You are going at this from too many angles, when there is only one path to be taken.I would not jump to accuse the president of theft.
