The rich have way more treatment options, rich neighborhoods have more *SPACE* to insulate from noise and disturbances.

One obvious step you can take is to lodge a complaint with this broker regarding the unprofessional treatment.

My official Facebook opinion is that it’s just a matter of which blow actually knocks this ordinance out - fellow council members who realize this whole this is lunacy...voters who continue to put pressure on city council directly reminding them that they were voted in and can be just as easily voted out...or the lawsuit itself calling to light the abuse of authority between city council and the county health dept and the unequal treatment of rentals only regulating <4 units (city council members just happen to own large rental properties). 

The heat treatment is more expensive than the chemical treatment, but it works better. 

Also, with about 14% total annual returns, i believe us stocks and reits have delivered better tax treatments and better risk adjusted returns for the past 10 years than remote direct re investments which carry high execution risks, poor diversification and liquidity.  

Some foundation repair companies will overshoot the treatment so the engineer may tone that down too and have a perfectly fine repair.
