I saw Fernley mentioned somewhere in my research on the Telsa announcement and was going to concentrate on either there or Sparks.  

Most tenants only rent for 1 year in the LP...Unless you will be living in this property it makes no sense at all.My advise concentrate on another area.

One of the primary reasons for doing this is to open up my head space so I can concentrate more on myself & my well being rather than focusing on my patient's condition, charting, billing & coding.

Same with those whose business is flipping they just happen to concentrate on investors instead of home owners.Keep in mind in many of these neighborhoods.. there is no retail sales to homeowners there is only sales to investors.. this is quite common in any area were 20% down gives you positive 200 a month..
