In the latest iteration of the contract the "additional provisions" section is 29 and is where you would put that verbiage.

I understand this be an iterative process and certain layouts are more attractive to some people more than others, but I am looking to understand what have you seen success using, including, and doing?

Why the heck iterate through the process with every turnover - - SOLVE  the problem once and be done with it.

I have seen enough civil complaints over the years in various iterations so that I could basically write the summons and complaint myself..
