I was extremely anal; often having issues of "letting go" and things weren't going to be exactly the way I want them whether it was how the toilet paper was folded decoratively or a welcome sign with guests' names and snacks laid out in the goody box.

You simply eat all the best food early.In the tax world, it means that taking cost seg in the first year can actually increase your taxes in later years.How do you solve the snack shortage problem?

I started hiding my favorite snacks so they would be there when I want to eat them. 

Find out what treats they like and bring them along for a midday snack/coffee/pop etc.....When you have 1 house you need to build a personal relationship with them because that is all you have. 

Just hold on a minute until I come back with snacks.

Of course people can always bring in snack food but if they're trying to change they won't do this. 

Lived there for 4 years, and as the neighborhood was changing and I adopted a ten year old and needed a better school district for her, I sold it, made $10k when you could not give most houses away in that area.I did replace the tiny kitchen with new cabinets and build in a snack bar. 

It's a really good way for me to burn calories and keep lean (I typically don't eat anything while working on a property - maybe a small snack during the day - and so that helps also with being healthy).
