Maybe you go to base rent reduction but then add kicker for sales above X annually landlord gets bonus when business starts thriving again.There are lot  of options to extract value out of a STNL or MTNL tenant especially if the location is an A there should be many tenants wanting that space at market rent rates when things come back.

This creates opportunities for thriving neighborhoods while taking on bigger projects with hedged risk.Online Auctions: We were planning on going to the county sheriff sales in our areas, but the auctions have all been canceled.

My plan is to continue working hard in my day job, working hard on the side as an agent, and doing as much as I can to not just weather whatever storm is here/coming, but to thrive and come out the other side in a much better position than before. 

An economically thriving and growing market is important to the long term value of your asset.

Implementing the same attention to detail when there is a crisis in the economy to when the economy is stable and thriving will results in long term wealth growth.
