He is voicing an opinion in direct response to an inflammatory post which many on here disagree with.He did not say anything about mistreating tenants.

Even the tone of your voice or saying a word as simple as “earnest money” in our first conversation will put us off because the only way you’d know that is if you’ve done a lot of deals (which you haven’t) or you’ve talked to a lot of agents.

Even if you are bullish, it can benefit you to pay attention to other voices and other ideas especially from folks with experience.

Had you given 1 tenth of the effort you did in your BP response to my offer I would never had voiced my experience of your company poor communication skills

This is a real situation, not an academic problem I dreamed up.

Fifteen years from now when they are rebuilding their portfolio they will be on forums like this being the voice of reason like you.

Either way, I wanted to say I appreciate the comments, hope the situation in Ohio improves and wanted to voice my support for those giving Dave a shout out.

You have other voices that can post an opposing opinion and be heard.

Everybody has a voice and, for the most part, all users have Freedom of Speech unless they are straight lying or causing harm to other users, hence why we have the Mods.
