Depends on how you do thing, I did most with notice and coordinating things, the response as to the DOS was probably more than 90% initially saying they would call it due and after I did some negotiations and talking sense into lenders 90% were allowed to continue as agreed.

I already have some stuff for a short blurb on SF, very basic considerations, but not really post ready.When you have a group of authors, peeling off their specialties those authors usually have some mutual coordination and control, they participate as a group with mutual agreements in covering the topic.This also seems to be going all over the place, landlords, rehabbers, tax liens, lease options, seller financing, marketing and who knows what else.So, I'm loosing the original goal, a small, 2000 word, 2,3,4 pages on 15 areas of RE?

The laws in California are much different that Texas let alone how difficult it might be to coordinate efforts for your property.I would check the database of narpm.org which is a great organization for residential property managers.Good luck!
