Zillow came in and shook things up for agents and brokerages.

Once I figured out what my take-home pay was, I just shook my head. $70K sounds like a lot to someone who grew up incredibly poor on the verge of being evicted from our apartment on a monthly basis but I was only bringing home about $35K to spend/invest how I wanted.
