Every college in the country will have thousands and thousands of students working and going to school or student athletes spending 50+ hours a week on their sport.  

We were discussing jobs of today could be gone in 15 years due to technology and kids not going to college and instead looking to be influencers.I think influencers will be compared to professional athletes in the fact there are some famous ones and then another group (the rest).

I try to limit my slovenliness if I have to be seen in public with my people - my wife, parents, or band mates - but beyond that my typical uniform is a pair of Russell athletic shorts, a Grateful Dead T-shirt and either no shoes, Birkenstocks, or a "fancy" version of Crocs.

We visited an athletic facility the other day in Carrolton, TX.

They are extremely difficult for advanced athletes and all have deadly consequences for mistakes. 

The  athletes and their familys are willing to pay top dollar for seasonal rents. 

It's like asking a pro athlete how they do something, the answer rarely goes beyond fundamentals and clichés. 

It has been a lot of fun racing for the USA and I’ve learned a lot of lessons as a full time athlete, but sports like this cost way more money than they ever return.

The least expensive homes are starting at $1400/mo. and go all the way to $3200/mo.With the athletic programs for baseball and football doing so well in Pearland there are a lot of people looking to relocate to this school district.  

and then you launch into your presentation.. there are come backs for virtually every scenario someone can say.. its your job as a sales men to learn them.. the best training I ever got was sitting around the table weekly at sales meetings listening to the old timers talk about hey close this  sit or that sit or how they did it... you then take these pearls and adjust them a little to your personality.. and its like a pro athlete you get very good at your craft..
