I save the rental income to buy more if I want more, or take money from other investments such as stocks and bonds and cds and use the rent for a trip to Portugal, or where ever.I did not drink the guru kool aid and say this is my w-2 money, its mine, this is my rental money its my passive money and the 2 do not mix.

Drink more alcohol..No, Not really. ;)Truthfully though, relaxing more often was one of my new years resolutions for me and my RE businesses.It's only day 2 on this "relaxing" journey and I advise all to partake in it in some way, shape or form.

I don't know about all the scams but the one I'm trying to manage gave a option for a credit card line.If you need this line of credit card/cards to pay for the course, STOP enjoy the speech and maybe free drinks then take all that motivation that got you in that hot seat and go sit on google sourcing education for a week or so until you start your own plan of ways to achieve success.
