First Solar recently built a second plant, and Amazon is building a distribution center, both of which will add a large number of jobs.

I was super unhappy and unfulfilled for the last 6 years of my career working for a corporate manufacturing plant.

I was Industrial Electrician, worked in factory, Corrugator plant, worked  every weekend, all my overtime I saved, bought 1200 sq ft house, old, 4 kids, made it into 4 br 2 bathActually put a bathroom in big closet,Bought my first house, came home from work at 3:40 then worked on property,It’s very difficultBut , create a vision for yourself, ride the enthusiasm and wave, go with the momentumIf your in a company, use their 401k money, then borrow against it until you leaveOnly buy houses below retail, don’t be afraid of rejectionMake ridiculous offersMy first hit was 25 k.

@Michael Plante Your follow up about snow removal, sweeping hallways, etc... those are general tenant responsibilities.

Also I would add some greenery(fake plants) in the main open area.

ie. a new Amazon plant, giant construction project, military base, etc.

We are constantly getting stupid letters...trash cans left out too long, cars not parked all the way in the driveway, and my favorite letter from a couple months ago - potted plants by front door were overgrown.
