So, I crossed my fingers and about 10 years later realized that I was deeply in love (or desired) a beautiful American-Japanese girl 10 years younger than myself.

And like most kids, they knew very little about money – other than how to spend the $350 they make every other week.I asked the girl why she was selling the house and what she planned to do with the money once it sold.

My wife and two little girls spent a good amount of time at the house while I was there.  

I have been pondering an unusual situation for a while.

Ive got two little girls and a wife and pets that I no longer need to worry about having a place for them to live, ever.So we're on to he next ones.

In aggregate - the BBQ in Raleigh and surrounding towns/cities is hands down better than Rochester. (4) There's just something about a Southern Girl - the girls kill their diets and cover up in sweaters & sweatshirts for 4 -6 months a year like they do in Rochester (5) NC never had Hillary Clinton as a State Senator.Reach out if you have any specific questions. 

I also get such great deals that I am able to rent for below market rent, drums up a ton of interest, and I am still getting great returns.I'd love to comment more but I hear my little girl waking up.
