Drinking the Koolaid.

By mid 90's I was a co-foreman on multi-unit sites, I wasn't even old enough to vote or drink yet, lol. 

And she returns with a $300 check which is broken out ("cost-segregated") like this:- $30 for appetizers- $150 for main courses- $50 for drinks- $70 for dessertsMain courses went up, is it possible?

I should preface by saying I don't drink coffee.

I'm working towards spending $5k per year drinking coffee and tea with other like minded people.  

What not to like about PEX, taken from page 6 of next link:"Do not spray on or allow organic (petroleum-based) chemicals, petroleum distillates, termiticides or pesticides to come into contact with PEX pipes, otherwise permeation of harmful chemicals may occur through the pipe wall and contaminate drinking water."
