:@Scott LeporeRealism doesn’t sell memberships/ coaching... or book speaking gigs that will feed the client pipeline... or build 1M followers on a social media platform (inc podcasts) that can be used to leverage sponsorships and further leveraged into building a private investment fund from fanboy/girls.

In aggregate - the BBQ in Raleigh and surrounding towns/cities is hands down better than Rochester. (4) There's just something about a Southern Girl - the girls kill their diets and cover up in sweaters & sweatshirts for 4 -6 months a year like they do in Rochester (5) NC never had Hillary Clinton as a State Senator.Reach out if you have any specific questions.

Just wanted to say every trailer park ive been to has looked very bad i mean it is very duable if that is a must since my parents bought plenty and rented them out they kept using same stucco and roof guy fir everyone trailer they bought but they is one trailer park in broomfield colorado off of 120 and it is very clean like the neighborhood i live in upper arvada area it is almost spotless you might see random beer can from you kids but it is almost spotless i was raised not live in one but i would definitely live in thos i had a girl i was talking to we would chill and hang out it was quitter then where i was and i felt alot better walking around the trailers then my own neighborhood
