im in the faculty of arts and am going to transfer into the faculty of business to study accounting and economics and hopefully get a CPA afterwardMy plan is to save up enough and qualify on my own if it doesn't work then ill jv with my parents,  I will get started on those books Kris told me about, my goal is to have at least one property right out of uni 

I plan on learning as much as I can for now and analyzing at least one deal daily so I can learn the art of analyzing the deals (I'll probably do as many as I can until I get it).

Eventually, I think it'd be really great to have properties all over the country, including Hawaii, and internationally as well.Aside from my real estate investing goals, I hope to use the money I earn from real estate to finance entrepreneurial activities, including my interests in music, the arts, education, as well as philanthropy to make the world a better place.Looking forward to hearing from you!

You have 3 options I see ask family members for money, find a bank that will lend or go the hard money route. my advice is to Go to REIA meetings and start learning the art of asking questions. 

I could see this really helping to change the surrounding community as some of them will probably open up businesses or art galleries etc in the area .Just curious is it a certain age range that live in your properties or is it more a mix ?

I am fine you take the credit as long as you include me in your next deal and we can create a motivational/inspirational framed art from the word clouds, I am good with it.
