Kinda like getting a virus and having your body respond by getting a fever to kill the virus -- the fever can be dangerous, but it's necessary to fix the underlying issue.

Most of Brandon is not, there are just a lot of little bodies of water that create a small flood zone radius. 

The economic implications of all of this will be FAR more devastating than the actual virus, but to the market's and those who fail to do proper research, it's all about body count at this point.

The house is basically a bread and butter house, but it's on 3 acres, wooded with few neighbors, and has a big pole barn, so definitely desirable.
