I outline on the floor in tape where things are going.

The bags of screw hole fillers taped to my 2 french doors has disappeared and nobody knows what happened to them.

It had Cedar shingles, 2 layers of asphalt plus it required all new sheeting.It was the best $10,500 we spent & after 7 years of renting we sold the property for a $25k profit & hold the note @ 12%. 

After looking at it, it does appear that he did re-Sheetrock the entire house, however, apparently part of his sheet rocking is to not mud and tape the seams for that typical finished look.  

If they don't answer the door when you knock, tape the letter to the door. 

I'd hate to see a new investor walk into that without knowing what's going to hit the fan.I guess time will tell the measure of the tape. 

All the travel I do I use airline time for recreational reading.. although with Gogo internet and free streaming movies I find myself watching movies these days on the plane. for the motivational guys I like to listen to the tapes..
