I hear he has a few other escape clauses that he likes to keep quiet, like "Seller forgot he already sold the house", "Property was overrun with tortoises", and a few other gems.If you're not so lucky, talk to your title agent/attorney.

If you weren’t going to remodel in a year, I was going to suggest going with a 70’s theme - add some bright prints with orange or avocado green for curtains and pillows, macrame plant hangers, and dark Mediterranean furniture, which was popular back then.

I know based on my own extensive travels that it often has to do with the feeling a place gives.I love the Mediterranean style and my future properties are planned to be close to beaches makes me wonder if that is something that should go into the furnishings and color schemes as well as potentially the name of the enterprise.
