Capitol costs are less, inventory is more available, less regulatory impact, more options for monetization, financing is simpler, accessing equity is simpler and more available, operation options are simpler and with greater control. 

Since then, the company has only increased efforts to raise investor funds but does not appear to have kept up with the corresponding regulatory filings.

Check for verified investor reviews, management experience, and any regulatory filings.
