I discovered that, although the strategy was basically sound and works well for many, it was really not a good "fit"for me, and have since refined my long-term goals and with it, my "roadmap" to get there.Like you, I`m new to this, like you, I don`t have much money to invest, and(as a result) like you, I`m looking out-of-state, where the price of admission is much lower.

(the contract is online at the previous link provided) We are alleging that the contract was induced by fraud.We have compiled a 3" binder with all the research I have been compiling on Moya, that I was told more than proves our case, and I was also told that it is all admissible in court.

Some pay for home warranties for this purpose but those are quite hit or miss (more miss than hit) so I don't use them.I have trusted trades or use Yelp or Angie's List as back-ups.Yes, you will have problems that require you to go a few trades deep to fix but that's part of the price of admission in my eyes.
