One other disturbing thing, they send me a spreadsheet to dump my data in, then 2 weeks later we can use it. 2 Weeks, so we just stop operations for 2 weeks?

I find it disturbing how many "business models" are all about suckering people into buying and even use skillful wording to deceive people into signing up.

If their rudeness etc causes me to not be able to do my job (they yell at refuse to let me in when I've posted notice), then that's a violation for interfering with management duties, on top of the violations for disturbing their neighbors, housekeeping violations, failures to report maintenance, etc..

It's disturbing to see they are still posting content on their YouTube page and unsuspecting people are still gobbling it right up! 

Sadly, both of them escalated this conflict and started creating domestic disturbances so we had to move both of them out.Assuming the upstairs family is being reasonable, I suspect no matter what you do, the people downstairs will never be happy.  

Some people are more disturbed by that than others (even if they have nothing to hide) - and following you around may give them a greater sense of control and therefore comfort.

This is a huge disturbance to my other tenants.

My #1 fear going into this was partying guests disturbing neighbors and damaging the property.
