My person with 3 trailers moved theirs out year one but I planned on it in my financials so I was negotiating with them without fear. 

If this winter season lands with a convergence of buyer collapse, finance wows, and retail sales falling (retail as in consumer shopping, thus stoking "the recession is here" fears)....... well it's not just a "correcting" stock market that will be of fear, but that will probably be happening too. 

Bullies like this can sense fear, so if you seem scared, overly apologetic, or weak, that only strengthens them.

No need for that in any kind of business, especially Real Estate.Some people just naturally run on fear and negativity.....realize this and treat them kindly.
