You are a landlord , not a social worker .

Everyone tells me I'm very organized, yet I feel there's always room for improvement.I use Google's inbox tabs for priorities, NOT their Primary, Promotions, Social, Updates & Forums. 

Send them all your bank account numbers, your social security number,  all your passwords and all your relevant personal profile information. 

From there, take that data and build out a marketing strategy, whether it be social media, advertising online, billboards, tv, radio, direct mail, email, etc....

.: Things happen and total loss of investment is a possibility in syndications, but I’d be super pissed if I lost that much money and the GP still got their fees, was bragging about their success on social media and didn’t even say sorry.  

Foreclosures will be on the rise within the next 12-18 months for sure.But, they keep their internet, their cable TV, their special "it's for me" drink at Starbuck's. 

It became very unsustainable, and I wasn't getting the same ROI with cold calling.A lot of the information you hear on social media is either dated or too ambiguous.

So, owners mistakenly think price is the only differentiator – and look for a PMC like they’d shop for groceries☹We encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others by reading posts here on BiggerPockets from owners that picked a PMC solely by price and regretted it.We recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Even if someone gives you a referral, do NOT make the mistake of assuming that just because a PMC met their expectations, they’ll meet your expectations.

Read thru the posts on the STR, MTR, and Outdoor Hospitality forum onBP, and similar on other social media to create a contact list of those posters that are active in this space.
