I have had to do it once- not cheap and very time consuming.

That's a good point especially since commercial mortgages have been operating this way for a very long time and people still seem to invest in commercial real estate using interest only loans that being said, I still think for the average consumer that is not an investor is not the best option.   

I'm not sure where the inspection report came from but it is VERY unusual to be provided this and it is very time consuming to go through and diagnose. 

While you finish college and get a job focus on building your credit, saving up money (hustling and working) and avoid consumer debt.

It can be time consuming & tedious but it works for me & is a breeze come tax season or when we need to pull info quickly.

That legislation package is specifically designed to benefit the consumer at the expense of the finance industry.

Each LLC comes with its own filings, bank accounts, and bookkeeping requirements, which can quickly become expensive and time-consuming to maintain.

But converting a place to be ADA is crazy expensive, very time consuming, unless the property is rather new often exposes some other issues that need to be adjusted to make that ADA whatever happen.
