Retiring Early on Real Estate with a Solo 401(k) or SDIRA or PensionIf you are in the corporate world and are tired of having to go into the office or having zoom calls in your underwear with a nice shirt and tie on or if your are self employed, what are your options for retiring early?

I compare it to taking in an injured animal that no onewants thinking it was a temporary thing but then you can’t just dump them whenyou get tired of the situation.

Tire kickers abound, and most people who say they want to "Buy a house" or "Flip a dozen houses a month" are usually long on talk and short on action.

I got so tired of dealing with problems like tenant complaints, evictions and repairs.

I also didn't like owning an old tired building I couldnt justify putting money into until I knew the end user.

For example: pull tired landlord data, skip trace, cold call / text, follow up and use a CRM to stay organized.

I'm growing tired of AI being the answer, not the info to "help you" make a decision...and that applies to everything in life now. 

I’m still kicking the tires on AIO but I’m not sure the math works unless a borrower is betting on rates.
