the biggest them all of us landlords have to do now is communicate with you tenants.we have offered payment plans with ones that can prove they are infected in their job.but we still are telling are tenants no free lunch.because even with the stimulus check ,their our strings down the road coming.the goverment, at the national and state level  will be loaded with debt from this situation.i am glad will are spending big amounts of money to save lives.but i also realize someone will have to pay it back.that means higher taxes,which means higher rents.which in turn ,hurts the tenant ,that certain polotitions are trying to protect.so it is our job to get the unwise tenants the knowledge ,their is no free rent .because even on  our end mortgage forbidance is not free.

Luckily for us, all of my and Erin's places are whole-house medium-tern furnished rentals, so the nurse we just rented to in one of our units will be isolated and will not affect (or infect) anyone else should she contract covid-19.It seems unpatriotic right now to not rent to a nurse, but it's a tough situation to be in as a landlord.
