I know landlords that would exclude people that are a different race or religion, I know people that don't want to rent to anyone who is gay, and some that don't want to rent to families with children. 

I want to start with rental properties and now I would like to know what works the best in Sweden.

If it’s super contagious and we’re all going to get it, why aren’t we acting like Sweden and just staying open?

Will we slowly adopt an approach more akin to how Sweden is dealing with the virus?

You can't screen out someone because they're gay or they're married or have kids or whatever but there's lots of criteria you can establish.

My husband grew up in Sweden and currently works on projects in Norway.
