For the most part though it is not a game of speed here in Texas.

If so, it may make sense to look for a job in that field to gain experience on how to learn the ins and outs of the game such as evaluations, funding/lending and operations.

Even if its not a home run its good to get in the game.

The math doesn’t lie — and once you learn it, the whole game changes.

You don't own any homes and you're currently renting but would like to get into the buy and hold game with rentals.

Patience really is key in this game!
