I did a quick mockup of some curb appeal, but I think it's over kill for the neighborhood.It is a "Cute" house on what looks like a nice wide lot, or an empty lot next door (that looks like a jungle of mosquitoes and snakes).A little curb appeal goes a long way on some of these lower end homes, but the neighborhoods tend to be "Worn" and it not worth it. 

The braggable joys of a primo location. The convenience of being able to walk to get your soy latte or see that indie film from the Czech Republic. The frustration of multiple bids. The cost.

Then plant some agave and cactus, or similar....no more issues and no water bills ever again.FYI, I paid about $350 for a 20 ton truck....you'll need a Bobcat to spread it ($100 day). 

I guess it could be the last straw for some people who considered their home a quiet oasis in the concrete jungle of California. 

All the DF people want a beach escape house that can give them a break from concrete jungle.

I mean like the jungles of Vietnam in a movie.

Hi Shayna,I see your cactus fell over, cactus's are tough it will probably be alright.Re the door (they won't fix it) maybe CALL AND ASK them if you can get small can of matching paint and make it look better yourself.
