So it investor that looks great to one will look terrible to another and vice versa.As a conservative investor, neither Sunrise nor Rise Capital were a match for me (for numerous reasons).I generally like to see full real estate cycle experience with little to no money lost, high skin in the game, lower leverage and competitive fees.
