Im currently looking into wholesaling and im very curious about the whole thing, ive watched many videos, read blogs, and joined live meetings to educate myself the best i can but im only 16 and im sure i can get my parent to sign contracts im just unsure on how i can find a good contract and I also am unsure on how proof of funds would work in this situation considering i want to get a property under contract prior to finding a cash buyer.
