New Kent, Virginia - 7 Deals Challenge - Deal Analysis Quad Level

Hey BP Community, I'm joining the 7 Deals Challenge because, hey, I use the BP calculators regularly to get a rough idea of a property is worth checking out. It's very hard to find any properties for sale in my price range in New Kent County, VA, so I'm excited to look at this one which finally showed up on the market. Unfinished basement holds potential but ew, quad-level. Plus, basements aren't that common near me. Not sure if a rehabbed property will hold true appeal for a tenant/resident?
