@Marc Warchol this is one of those situations where you can win the battle, but lose the war.Find out what the tenant wants and see what you can compromise on.Just be sure to subtly let the tenant know they also have to compromise.Be careful of allowing the lease to end or go MTM during Nov-Feb timeframe, when it's hardest to find tenants.Oh, also get the tenant to agree to assist with showings during their last 30 days of the lease.
