You might be ok just re-surfacing it to make a little refresh. and if the cabinets and kitchen is in good shape, you might just get them painted, do a new laminate countertops and it will look like new and save you some $$$.

I think this would have put you in a situation that you regretted later.If the deal resurfaces, I would recommend you move forward only if the previous owner is out of the property.

With interest rates now at a 2 year low buyers are resurfacing, but still not even product.On the rental side, we've seen a steep increase over the last 4 years, but on a micro level, the rents seemed to have taken a slight dip or maybe just completely leveled off.
