The majority of tenants I have dealt with have no concept of basic business math or survival & no idea of the financial drain of guvt., welfare economics.

We have 5 basic needs above survival needs like air, food, water. 

I was devoured and had to sleep through days and nights on Benadryl to survive it - welts all over.
