It's just a shame that grown adults will spend a considerable amount of money to rent a well kept home, and then revert to adolescent behavior while staying.

My wife is a full time stay-at-home mother and is anxious to get out and start communicating with adults again now that our kids are almost both in school!!

The "good job" part seemed to be a pretty lousy outcome, considering that the job was supposed to make up the best part of my day, for the majority of my adult life.

I built up a big management operation, didn't like the overhead & babysitting of adult employees, so I asked myself "How can I continue to build a big business without taking on more staff?" 

Now, as most of my children are adults, I find myself ready to revisit this.

I am merely an overly passionate young adult chasing my white whale that is owning an apartment in Japan. 

This could be middle aged couples looking to downsize, young adults looking to be mobile and save some cash - especially around this rental market in Denver- or people who may have been in some financial issues who are finding it hard to be approved to rent or get a loan, etc... 

Recently they were forced to manage taxes so look for a fee increase on that in 2022.Frat Party House:Our house sleeps 8 people but the bunk room is meant for 4 children, not 4 adults, this did not stop Evolve from renting to 8 adult male college students that threw multiple parties and absolutely trashed our brand new $1/2 million dollar cabin!

What tells you this about real estate, but didn't tell about engineering  before investing most of your early adult life on it?
