As they created the new vapor paper, in a sense they create false demand.

The only downside is that it get's vapor lock (known fault with the model year) when the outside temp goes above 90.

You can't just always convert an old garage....for example the existing slab must have the proper PSI, vapor barrier, and steel.

DO NOT WORK IN A TOBACCO TAR-STREAKED ROOM WITHOUT A RESPIRATOR FITTED WITH ORGANIC VAPOR CARTRIDGES.But eventually, I learned that a sponge mop and a lot of sprayed detergent was what I needed to remove most of the tar off the walls, followed by a lot more sprayed water to rinse.

Vapor/smokeshops seem to be big recently.

Could see recent sewer line work - i could not find permit for, hole in roof, very little insulation in attic but plenty of racoon stuff due to a 2 foot hole in back of roof over bathroom,  they had put new carpet and paint in all rooms except the bathroom which all sheetrock was pulled down, surround pulled out,  mold on vapor barrier and adjacent areas, floor rotted and a wonderful smell.  

I don't think you need to worry, it's just water vapor.

It drives me nuts when people come on looking for advice and then vaporize into the night.

While she's working, every deposit she makes will lower her balance, save interest, and increase her line available to pull from. 

If there is a dirt floor there needs to be a good tight vapor barrier there also or it will keep pulling moisture through the earth.
