@George Kopp I have not seen anyone mention, or any consideration of alternative privacy options than blinds.There is some amazing items, for very cheap, that a person can find online now that is rather easy to apply to glass that can make it obscure, obscure with patterns, recreate stained glass that's obscure, prismatic to make some rather cool light affects.

I've been woken up late from parties, broken glass, revving engines, etc. - I've had to haul away a ton of trash, cans, dirty clothes, etc.

A frameless glass shower door would allow the beauty of the tile to stand center stage and finish off the bathroom, nicely. 

A good paying W2 job is worth its weight in gold when it comes to getting loans and smoothing out the lean times in real estate.I think you are seeing your friends with rose colored glasses.

Hi Babek,On a positive (Negative) note--Coffin sales will be way up.The glass is either Half full or Half empty it all depends on how you look at it.Life is what you make out of it, and even during a Depression money is still being made (not everyone is down and out).Just my 2 cents.
